Our Mediation process is designed to create a strong foundation that ensures you are prepared to make decisions once in the working session. While most divorces and complicated parenting matters require several working sessions to reach a full resolution, we find that our process, which is unlike traditional Mediation models, sets Participants up for productive meetings. Prior to the first Mediation session, your Mediator will have clearly explained the process, met with both Participants individually, and ensured that documents are exchanged ahead of the first Mediation session, so that time is used efficiently.
