Katherine J. Morneau, Esquire – Founding Attorney

Katherine J. Morneau, Esq.

Kate Morneau, Esq.

I am a dedicated family lawyer and business owner.  I am known for helping good people through tough times, such as divorce and parenting matters.  As a child of an amicable divorce, I know how hard divorce can be on children, even in the best of situations.  With a focus on working together for the interests of the family, I strive to give my clients the tools they need for a successful future.

I started my own law firm to pave the path for practicing law differently, with my clients at the center of everything I do.  By creating a unique team approach to solving my client’s problems, I stand out as a leader in the legal industry.

I have a strong reputation of giving back to the New Hampshire community that I grew up in and support my team to do the same.  I genuinely care about my team, clients and community and look forward to continuing to grow my practice in the Nashua area.

Sarah Paris, Esq.

My name is Sarah Paris and I practice law in the elder law, estate planning and Medicaid arenas as well as provide support to my team on the family law side of our practice.   After law school I gained a profound sense of awe at our judicial system’s power and the need to help people through the system was instilled in me first as an Assistant County Attorney and then later as a family law practitioner.  I then began practicing in the estate planning arena and have since gained a passion for helping people plan for their family through the use of our estate planning process.

I am proud to be able to produce documents that are not only helpful to my Clients but provide them with a sense of accomplishment and relief.  One of the things I do particularly well is set my Clients at ease by taking an educational and laid back approach to an otherwise daunting task.

here at Morneau Law. With over 15 years of experience in my field, I focus my career not only on the areas of Estate Planning and Estate Administration, but also on other matters such as Trust Administration and Guardianships as well.

My sense of determination, coupled with my genuine positivity and optimism, allows me to provide a different approach to our clients and to help them view their various matters from another perspective. My aptitude for document drafting allows me to craft individualized estate planning documents tailored to meet each client’s needs. I am involved with our clients throughout not only the drafting and revision phases of their estate planning experience, but I also perform all document signings with our clients as well.

In addition, my desire to help people through difficult times enables me to easily navigate our clients through the lengthy and often confusing Estate Administration process. The loss of a loved one can be a trying time for anyone, but I truly enjoy making an otherwise stressful or difficult situation easier for our clients.

I believe that these attributes go hand-in-hand with enhancing my ability to help our clients, and I’m proud to bring these skills to the Morneau Law Team.

On a more personal note, when away from the office I love gardening, skiing, cooking, taking family trips with my two young children, and focusing on living a life that I can look back on and smile.
