My name is Sarah Paris and I practice law in the elder law, estate planning and Medicaid arenas as well as provide support to my team on the family law side of our practice. After law school I gained a profound sense of awe at our judicial system’s power and the need to help people through the system was instilled in me first as an Assistant County Attorney and then later as a family law practitioner. I then began practicing in the estate planning arena and have since gained a passion for helping people plan for their family through the use of our estate planning process.
I am proud to be able to produce documents that are not only helpful to my clients but provide them with a sense of accomplishment and relief. One of the things I do particularly well is set my clients at ease by taking an educational and laid back approach to an otherwise daunting task.
I attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor’s of Art in Psychology. I received my degree of Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law (formerly known as Franklin Pierce Law Center).
