Istrive to be a compassionate attorney who understands the ambivalence and hesitation of someone contemplating a divorce. It is a difficult time that calls for great sensitivity and, at times, hand holding. I will be by your side throughout the entire process; the ups, the downs, all of it! I am also excited to be able to assist Clients and their families with thoughtful, careful estate planning to ensure that their end-of-life wishes are respected and carried out both while they are living and after they pass. It is a privilege to help people work through the tough discussions and decisions that ultimately result in an act of love – a comprehensive estate plan. This eliminates guesswork and lets families be together during trying times.
I practiced all aspects of matrimonial and family law for many years in New York and recently moved to New Hampshire with my family. The New York caseload coupled with the extreme time crunch in the New York Court system has taught me time management, the ability to focus on the problem and provide a reasonable solution. I look forward to using my temperament, understanding of people, knowledge of the law and skill set to help you through one of the most emotional times of your life.
I have received numerous awards for my pro bono work in New York. I have three children, one daughter who is an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County and two boys currently in college. I enjoy spending time with my husband, the kids when they are home and our four rescue dogs.
